Highlights Only
When using "Highlights Only", Insights Capture will automatically create a highlight (or "montage") of the events collected throughout the course of a recording.
This mode is very similar to the "Auto Record Matches" Recording Mode (_or "Auto Record Session" if Auto Record Matches isn't supported for that title_).
The only difference is that this Recording Mode will automatically create Highlights, where as the other two simply automatically record.
You can customize which events Insights Capture uses for Highlight creation, as shown below.
You can also change the amount of footage Insights Capture keeps before & after each highlighted moment.
I want to keep both my Original Recording & the Highlight
By default, Insights Capture will delete the original recording the highlights are based on.
You can prevent this by disabling the "Delete original recording" setting
