Click on the Upload button and simply paste the YouTube or Twitch URL for your video. You can even paste in the URL of a LIVE YouTube video to Insights and watch it live on our platform. 

Unfortunately Live Twitch streams are not supported, but you can paste in the URL after the stream is over.
