Encoding/Uploading stuck and unable to upload
What's Causing the Issue:
We have had some reports of users encountering an issue with uploading clips. Not sure why this is happening, some hypotheses attached to the clip not attempting to upload could be due to files not being fetched.
We observed that users might be unable to upload and the video gets stuck on uploading/ encoding stuck at zero, as seen below.
How to fix:
We suggest attempting to switch off the native uploading settings and re-attempt to upload the video.
The team requires some extra information from users to be able to fix this issue; without this information, we’ll be unable to tell what sub-issue is resulting in "Encoding", and therefore will not be able to author a fix D:
The information we need is pretty simple, it’s just your Overwolf logs which you can see how to generate here:

These logs will hopefully help us by providing some details we need to solve this issue.
Once you’ve generated those logs, you should see a zip file on your desktop. Please either email those logs to aud[at]insights.gg or on Discord at Aud#9488 with a message explaining that you’re encountering the Encoding issue when uploading a clip. We’ll immediately get with our dev team to see what’s going on and will try to get a fix out ASAP!
