I just opened Insights Capture and where my login profile usually is, there's a red error text
If a huge red "ERROR" message is in all caps where the login button usually sits, simply dismiss it & re-log into Insights Capture.
We previously had an issue that could result in the authentication information stored in app to become invalid, thus resulting in said "error" text, but that should be fixed by now. This article remains just in case someone manages to trigger the issue in the future.

If you continually see an ERROR text over your login button, then that's a new issue that the Insights team needs to look into.
But the team will need some further information from users in order to resolve this problem; without it, we won't be able to identify the sub-problem that is causing the "ERROR" and won't be able to provide a patch. D:
Here's a link on how to find your Overwolf logs, these logs will provide us with the information we need to fix the issue.

When you have generated those logs, a zip file will appear on your desktop. Please either reach out to a staff member on our Discord or Intercom, with those logs along with a description of your problem.
