My recorded video doesn't have any timestamped events?
What's causing this issue:
Timestamped events can go missing from your videos due to one of the following three reasons:
1.) The Overwolf game event system is down and is currently being updated to match the latest version of your game
2.) The game event system hasn't hooked into your game, due to some error
3.) Insights Capture isn't handling your game events properly

Is your game supported?
You can see the supported games list here
If your game is not supported then you will not be able to capture it at this time. You can request for games to be added here.
Is your game currently facing a status update?
In the Insights Capture app, does your game have a warning saying game events may be missing from your game? If you're not near your Insights Capture app, you can see a game's event status here.
If your game is both supported and doesn't need an update
Does restarting Overwolf fix the issue? (This will force the game event system to try to engage again- Typically if events are missing, it's that we failed to engage the game event system, and a reboot of the Overwolf app will fix the problem.)
If it's the third item or none of the items, please reach out on our Discord with your Overwolf logs so we can figure out what's going wrong :D
