So the status indicator for Valorant (the notification saying some events might be unavailable) can be safely ignored here as it's just referring to an event that's "down" but Insights Capture isn't actively using.
As for the recording issue though, without any additional context it's impossible to say. 8 times out of 10 though, the issue turns out to be a recording configuration that's too demanding for the hardware being used or a bad driver.
When you have some free time, can you shoot me your Overwolf logs via email (Aud[at]insights.gg) or on our Discord Server: https://discord.gg/insights-gg ? They'll contain both Insights Capture's logs & OBS's- From there I should be able to get an idea of what's causing the perf dip on your machine.
