I started a recording but it's stuck loading
Is there an infinite spinning wheel where your record button should be on either the Insights Capture Overlay or Insights Capture Recording Details window?

If you are then I have some good news & bad news.
What's going on?
But first, here's a small tl;dr on what's going on: There are a few different but unique issues causing the recorder to die in an unexpected way; Since it's unexpected the recording state never gets reset, and thus Insights Capture thinks its trying to record still.
Good news first!
You should be able to get rid of the loading state by restarting Overwolf fully. We've heard cases where just restarting Insights Capture was enough, however restarting Overwolf itself is usually the safest bet.
Bad news second D:
Hopefully, the sub-issue that caused Insights Capture to enter this loading state is just a one-off bug that won't happen again; however, the odds of that happening for everyone is pretty slim. Thus, it's entirely possible that restarting the app may fix the loading state, but recording might cause it to get stuck again.
If that's the case for you (and even if it's not really), you should reach out on our Discord with your Overwolf logs-
From there, the Insights Team should be able to spot the sub-issue, and either get a hotfix going or suggest a quick fix.

- Additional two more reports received, confirmed matching previous case
- Narrowed down one case to an incorrectly reported crash, possible bandaid solution avalible; Will need Overwolf to author the fix.
4/19/23
- Two reports received, identical "Recording Stuck" issues, however, logs show two separate triggers. Begun reproduction testing for both
