Just from your message, it's hard to say-
It could be driver related, but since your message doesn't include the current drivers/device being used, there's no way to know for sure.
However, if you were to follow this guide on how to get your Overwolf Logs and then sent those logs to me [via Discord or Email], I would be able to look at the OBS logs themselves, along with all of your driver & device information. If there is anything going wrong with OBS's usage of the encoder, it should get piped there :D
It would be best if you sent those logs over Discord, specifically in this channel but you can also directly DM me, or email me the logs at aud@insights.gg
