[Request] Can we use Instant Replay outside of our games?

So I was curious, is the clipping feature only for games? Or is there a way to clip moments where you aren't playing anything, for example if your friend says something funny and you're on youtube and you wanna catch what he says, can you do that?

So at this time you're correct, our Instant Replay feature (the tool that allows you to save the last few seconds or minutes of game-play) is only available when playing a supported game ):

After a quick review it looks like we might be able to extend the Instant Replay functionality to your desktop or even a particular window, but I'll check with the team to confirm :)
