Account Registration

To use the Service, you need to create an Account and provide Personal Data such as your email, password, display name, full name, profile picture. You may use Third Party Entities such as Google or Discord to sign up and log in. By doing so, you are providing Insights Gaming your Personal Data and giving us the right to identify you. We may use your email for updating you with newsletters, legalities, and product updates, but you have the option to unsubscribe from newsletters and product updates.

Use of Service

Video metadata and all content submitted by you using our service may be collected and as described in this Privacy Policy, be disclosed to Third Party Entities, such as Cloudflare, to operate the features we provide on the Site.

We rely on services provided by Google Inc. ("Google") such as their YouTube API services, and by using our services such as uploading to YouTube directly from the Site, you agree to give us access to upload to your YouTube account, update the contents of uploaded videos, and display your YouTube account information on our application for you to see. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google regarding your YouTube API services is subject to Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and YouTube's Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service You have the ability to revoke Insights from having access to your Google account via the Google security settings page at


We use a Third Party Entity online payment processing company called Stripe ("Payment Processor") and all your financial information is used and stored by the Payment Processor's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not collect credit card numbers, expiration date, billing address, or any data acquainted with your financial information.

Information We Collect Automatically

Non-Personal Data and some Personal Data will be automatically collected such as the following:

- Device and Browser Information: We collect the type and information, such as the operating system version, of the device and browser when you use our Service. We use this information to enhance the user experience when interacting with the Services.
- IP Address
- Service Usage Analytics: We collect analytics from Third Party Entities, such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, to measure the traffic and the usage of our Service. These data help us in improving the efficiency of the Services.

Who Do We Share Your Personal Data With?

Insights is a video collaboration platform that is made to be used in teams, meaning some of your Personal Data, such as your display name and profile picture, and activity may be public to others.  We also disclose your Personal Data and Non-Personal Data with Third Party Entities and vice versa according to their terms of service and privacy policy and you are responsible to carefully examine their terms of service and privacy policy. We share aggregated data to our service providers, Third Party Entities, partners, and advisors to ensure we keep the Services operatable, maintainable, and to improve our Services. For email marketing campaigns and communication, we use a Third Party Entity to deliver automated emails such as newsletters, product updates, account updates, and legal updates. Your user profile including your name and display name may be disclosed to other users and we will never reveal your email address to any other users. We do not collect and store any financial information. We use our Payment Processor which handles the transactions and storage of your financial information.


We do our best to protect your Account information as well as keeping user-generated content private if needed, but we cannot guarantee 100% security of any data that we collect. It is your responsibility to prevent unwanted access to your Account, Personal Data, and Non-Personal Data.

Information You Can Access

Once you sign up with us, you can input and modify information regarding your Account such as your display name and profile picture.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Data and Non-Personal Data about you and request a correction and/or deletion. Personal Data and Non-Personal Data that is provided by you or Third Party Entities by using our Services are stored, operated and hosted in the United States, and if you reside outside of the United States, then laws and regulations from where you reside may be different from the laws in the United States. Therefore, by using our Services, you acknowledge and authorize Insights Gaming to transfer your Personal Data and Non-Personal Data we collect to the United States.
